Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Seabass Fillets (6oz each)San Fernando Market
- 2 tbsp Freshly Grated GingerCrafted Crates
- 3 Fresh Caribbean LimesLocal Sourced
- 1 tbsp Coconut OilArtisanal
- 1 tsp Sea Salt & Cracked Black PepperPantry
- Handful of Fresh CilantroNAMDEVCO
Instructions
- Pat the seabass fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the grated ginger with the juice of 2 limes and a drizzle of coconut oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the remaining coconut oil.
- Place fish in the pan, skin-side down. Sear for 3-4 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Flip the fish and pour the ginger-lime mixture over the fillets. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh cilantro and extra lime wedges.
